I Sat down today pulled out the Hydrangea Haven stamp set, and dies was not sure what I wanted to do, so I took out hydrangea DSP and some pink card stock, and purple card stock. Wow, look what I made I love both of these cards. What do you think? What would you change?

I started stamping just before my first child was born in 1982. I was making up a scrapbook for his birth and wanted to use all kinds of things. Now, I had been scrapbooking since I was 16 years of age. It was a lot less than scrapbooking is now but it let me save and share my life highlights.

I got introduced to Stampin’ Up! when I went to a workshop one of my friends had. I was sold on it then. I love the quality of the paper and how you can have everything match the same colors. I did start selling more as a hobby and for the discounts for me in 2005. Meanwhile, my life became hectic between 1982 and 1985. I had 3 children, two boys, and a girl. I am also working hard as a nurse with one full-time job in the emergency room and two other hospitals that I picked up hours in the emergency room. My scrapbooking got put aside for working and raising my 3 children.

Now to the present, I retired in January 2015 and moved to Mesa, Arizona. I got started on my scrapbooking as now I had 5 grandchildren to scrap for too. A year ago, I decided to join Stampin ‘Up! One, get a discount, and two, make a little extra money as I love teaching card making, scrapbooking, and 3D items. I would love to teach you, and your friends contact me if you are interested.

On the 1st of every month I thought it would be fun to ask questions about card making. This month’s focus is on Easter cards.

1. How many Easter cards do you make each year?
2. What is your go-to supply when you make Easter cards?

4. What is your go-to color combination for Easter Cards?
5. Have you ever thought about selling your Easter cards?

1. I make about 15-20 in a year
2. Pastel paper
3. This year the bunnies from oval occasions
4. Pinks and purple
5. Yes, I do sell some of my cards to friends

No, it’s not April fools. I have been back at Stampin’ Up! for a year and starting from scratch in a new state and new people. I want to give a big shout-out to the customers that found me online. I’m so glad to be your demonstrator. I love making your thank you card each month and sending out small gifts from me to you thanking you for your orders.
